Builder Therapy provides online therapy services for clients located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, where Dahlia Rizk, LMHC, LCMHC is licensed to practice.
Therapy services may include support for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, and related concerns. Services are provided based on clinical fit, availability, and applicable legal and ethical requirements.
Coaching and consultation services are separate from therapy services.
Coaching and consultation may include business review, marketing strategy, product strategy, leadership support, or other non-clinical consultation. These services are not therapy, do not include mental health diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for counseling or medical care.
Fees for services are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Builder Therapy is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
Superbills may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan and benefits.
Appointment availability may vary. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policies will be provided during the intake or scheduling process.
